 Printing, Shipping and Return Policies

Please read over the following shipping and returns policies very carefully.  During the checkout process you will be required to indicate that you have read and understand these policies.  If you have questions about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.  Please note that these policies are non-negotiable, and we cannot make exceptions in any case.
About Apparel Only Orders
• Generally, orders for blank items will reach you within 3 business days via UPS Ground.  However, if your selected items are only available from a warehouse that is further away, your items could take up to 5 business days via UPS Ground. 
• If you need to receive your blank items sooner, we recommend using priority shipping services such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select, as well as indicating your “need by” date in the order notes field provided during the checkout process.
• We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out of stock.  All notifications are sent via email.  Please check your "spam" or "junk" email filters/folders to ensure that any notifications from Jimmy's Jam are not being blocked (email addresses will end in "@vel.net").  If we do not receive a response regarding out-of-stock items within one week, your entire order may be cancelled.
About Apparel + Services Orders

• Orders for Screen Printing, Embroidery and Vinyl Printing will be shipped from our production facility located in Los Angeles, CA.
• Our current turnaround time is up to 2 weeks + shipping.  This means that your order will leave our printing facility within 2 weeks of the date that your order details, print-ready artwork, and payment were received.
• If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please indicate your “need by” date in the description/notes field provided in your email.
• Please email all artwork to info@jimmyjamtshirts.com after placing your order through our website.  Please include your artwork description in the email subject field.
• Please DO NOT forget to add Screen Printing, Embroidery, or Vinyl Printing to your email if you intend to have us embellish your blank items. 
• We will notify you before production begins if items you ordered are out of stock.  All notifications are sent via email.  Please check your "spam" or "junk" email filters/folders to ensure that any notifications from Jimmy's Jam are not being blocked (email addresses will end in "@vel.net").  Please check these folders often, as this could cause delays in delivery.
• Orders for Screen Printing, Embroidery and Vinyl Printing may only be cancelled before we have confirmed receipt of your print-ready artwork via email.  After that, a 20% re-stocking fee may apply to the items in your order.  No re-stocking fee will apply to the services.
About International Orders
• Jimmy's Jam currently only ships with the United States, Great Britain, and Canada.
• Payment for International orders must be made through PayPal, through a Verified U.S. or Verified non-U.S. account. 
• International customers are responsible for paying all customs fees, duty taxes, and the UPS Border Fees.  These fees are paid directly to your local customs bureau or to UPS.  If you do not pay these fees and the packages are returned to Jimmy's Jam, they will be treated as standard returns and you will only be refunded for the cost of goods, less a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  For more information about customs fees or duty taxes, please contact your local customs bureau. 
• Jimmy's Jam DOES NOT guarantee arrival dates for International orders, as too many factors outside of our control can delay delivery.  Please order well in advance to ensure that your order arrives in time for your needs.
About Payment and General Information
• The Jimmy's Jam customer service staff will make all attempts to contact you with problems or questions regarding your order via email.  Please check your "spam" or "junk" email filters/folders often to ensure that any notifications from Jimmy's Jam are not being blocked (email addresses will end in "@vel.net").
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Checks, purchase orders, personal checks (for downpayments only, not pickup or delivery) and Paypal.
• If paying with a Check, please note that your order will not ship until your check has fully cleared into our account.  This may take up to 2 weeks, depending on your financial institution.
• All International orders must be paid for via PayPal.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept any forms of payment other than those listed above.  We do not accept American Express, Diners or Discover cards (except via Paypal).  We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
About Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
• Returns must be authorized by Jimmy's Jam prior to being sent.  Please send an email to jimmyjam@vel.net to request return instructions.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Altered or washed garments, including garments embellished by Jimmy's Jam, are not returnable.
• Shipping and handling charges for the original order are nonrefundable.
• Return claims must be made within 15 days of receipt by the customer.
• Returns must be send via any pre-paid freight carrier.  To protect your shipment, please use a carrier that offers shipment tracking services.  Jimmy's Jam cannot be held responsible for un-trackable returns lost during shipment.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and your refund to post to your credit card or PayPal account.  You will receive an email after processing is completed.
• All orders are final; Jimmy's Jam cannot exchange items
• Undesired items may be returned under our standard return policy as described above, and new items may be ordered through our website.  In such a case, the customer will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping costs.
• Orders may only be cancelled before they have shipped.  Once the items have shipped, the full return policy is in effect.
